Registration can be cancelled up to 2 weeks prior to class for a full refund. After that date your registration fee is non-refundable.

Unused registration fees will be transferred to our youth fund.

Course description:

AFD Competition night will be the 3^rd Thursday of each month from 5:30 to 7:30 pm

AFD competition night will be consistent with the AFD mission of a “Safe, Fun, Learning environment."

Competitions will be pistol only, any modifications allowed, providing your modifications are safe.
No prerequisites are required. Safety officers will be at each shooting station.

These competitions will be structured with multiple stations with a variety of skillsets including:

• Cognitive processing
• Tactical movement
• One hand shooting
• Pistol manipulations
• The balance of speed and accuracy
• Use of cover as it relates to barricades.
• Threat assessment

The first 30 minutes shooters will have the opportunity to test shoot each station. The remaining time will be spent competing for top score.
