Registration can be cancelled up to 2 weeks prior to class for a full refund. After that date your registration fee is non-refundable.

Unused registration fees will be transferred to our youth fund.

Course Description

In Rifle level 3, we teach you advanced skills for confidently running your carbine rifle in a variety of environments and scenarios.

In our most advanced rifle class, we cover:

• Compromised shooting positions
• Quad movement
• Pivots
• Off side shooting
• Use of barricades
• Bounding overwatch
• Room movement with a rifle

 Pre-Requisites

For rifle classes you will need: (Check out the AFD Online Store for the best deals on gear!)

• A carbine (any semi-automatic) rifle
• Sling for the rifle
• 200 rounds of rifle Ammo
• A semi-auto handgun and 2 magazines
• A holster that fits securely on your body
• Belt
• 50 rounds of pistol ammo
• Hearing and eye protection
• Close toed shoes
• Elbow pads or kneepads are optional
• Appropriate clothing for a covered outdoor range. Dress in layers as we transition between the classroom and range all day. A hat, windbreaker, gloves are recommended on cold days.

 Gun rentals are available upon request. Ammo, and range gear are available to rent or purchase at the AFD classroom. Please order prior to class day.
